After 10 sessions spent together with GNML I can evaluate my toughest and easiest moments (:
The most rewarding session for me was Session #3 that was about Blogger. I knew the basics of most of the platform but this one was the most interesting and unexpected to me. I learned A LOT of new features and tools that you can use and apply for your blog and how to collect everything at one place. Even though we were going on to other social network, this one was the one that I never stopped working with.
The most challenging for me was Session #9 that was about LinkedIn. I've never heard of it and didn't knew a thing about how to use it and what to create there, so this was quite a challenge to me. I got stuck on a lot of places there and it took me a while to figure out lots of things but it was at the same time the most interesting part for me.
My new social media skills will be very useful for me. In the future, I plan on become a foreign relations specialist/diplomat so communication with people will be extremely important to me. I know a variety of platforms now, that will help me to communicate with people in every way. Now, since I know how to create a LinkedIn profile, it will be a priority social network to me as an adult with such an important job. Also, I realized the power of hashtag in twitter and will use it way more often than I used to before.

My final campaign
I can't believe that we've already passed all 10 sessions together with GNML! Each week I learned something new and I can see myself using every single platform introduced in the future.
Blogger is a wonderful platform, where you have no limitations in an amount of characters. I can share with my ideas and post from Google Alerts further on. Comments enable to interact with people, that follow me and listen to their suggestion and ideas.

Twitter spreads the words very quickly and only in 140 character you can identify the main point of each post and attract more people to your blog. Also, retweeting and helping shelters to find the owners for their pets can be a very useful function.
YouTube can help to communicate with your followers more personally. I could record a video that could be addressed directly to a specific group of people. Also, if I start directly to work with my local shelter I can post cute videos of pets and so attract more potential owners.
Facebook can help to raise more of international awareness since I use it mostly for the connection with my friends here and from Germany. So, Facebook can be used as for promoting all others platform but also informing people and inspiring them to do the same thing in their community, because doing something about a social problem is good, but know what you're doing and why and also inspire others is better.
Instagram is the best tool just for posting pictures: inspirational quotes, pics of pets and their new owners, new posters, volunteering opportunities, ANYTHING.
LinkedIn is the most professional platform of them all.Whenever you take you campaign on a professional level - that's a place to me. Connecting with people you worked with or want to helps to build partnerships and find new ideas. For my campaign these could be managers of local pet shelters, coordinators, volunteers, etc.
Also, every single platform can be used to promote one other for a successful campaign.

King's Shelter Pet Rescue
I read this article yesterday after I got my notification on Google Alerts. It tells us about one of the pet shelter, that just opened yesterday that was so filled in that there were 6 cats in one room! It also tells that yesterday, on Valentine's Day, they got a great donation. They have a wonderful no-kill program and it puts smile on my face, that places like this appear on map every day. Puppy Bowl's Adorable Message
Thank to my Goole Alerts I found this adorable adoption message promoted by Puppy Bowl! Millions of people are going to glued today to their TV's but not because of Super Bowl.. 11th annual Puppy Bowl is coming! But the real purpose of this cuteness is to encourage people to adopt and don't shop their new pets. You can read the whole article here.

What a story!
I found this story todsy through my Google Alerts and it tells us about one of the local pet shelters. They soared highest levels in adoption of cats and dogs: seven hundred and ten cats and dogs were adopted in 2014! It is a wonderful example of a community that cares not only about themselves but also the ones that are around them. You can read the whole article here.
